A Few Words About Who I am

As a company owner or hiring manager you are likely to be too busy to advertise a job, look at all of the applications, respond to the prospective candidates and qualify them before even beginning the coordination of everyone’s diaries for interviews and beyond. I help my clients by offering the full service and experience of a big recruitment agency but the fees of a great outsourced service without corporate overheads. This will save you both money and time, in fact, hour upon hour – as let’s face it, not all vacancies are filled by the first person, at their first interview.

Founded back in 2016 by yours truly, Kim Miller. I specialise in permanent recruitment within the IT, telecoms & engineering sectors nationwide, all of which fall within my niche areas of expertise. However, I love to help local businesses in Kent and the south-east source great talent (even if this sits out of my 'usual' niche) by supporting their varying needs. Recruiting since 2010

With a background in customer and service management, moving into recruitment and pounding the streets of London with Adecco back in 2010 were somewhat different to my usual comfort blanket within a customer service role. 


I later moved back to the countryside and began my career in IT recruitment whilst employed by a Top 50 UK IT Recruitment Company, where I was instrumental in the set-up of their permanent recruitment service.


I since went on to have my family and Virtual Assistance was born in 2015 when my daughter was 9 months old...and I've never looked back. I've put every ounce of my knowledge into helping my clients and candidates.


My approach

The recruitment service is selective. Rather than advertising on job boards, I actively search for candidates via personal recommendation or by resourcing to specific requirements along with using my own candidate database.
